Flytrap Fence Company, LLC ("we," "us") is a fence installation company serving Wilmington, NC and the surrounding Cape Fear region. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to respond to your quote request and understand how people find us, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
When you fill out our quote request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about your fence project (fence type, approximate length, timeline, and any notes you add). If you call, text, or email us instead, we keep the contact information and project details you share with us the same way any business keeps its correspondence.
We use your information to respond to your quote request, schedule estimates, communicate about your project, and provide our services. Quote requests are delivered to us by email and stored with our website hosting provider so we have a record of who reached out. We may follow up about the project you asked about; we won't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (which pages they visit, how they found us), and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our advertising works (for example, whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to request a quote). These tools use cookies and collect information such as your IP address, device type, and pages viewed. Google's use of this data is described in Google's privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and manage ad personalization at Google's ad settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this website and our business run: our website host (Netlify, which processes form submissions), Google (analytics and advertising measurement, as described above), and our email provider (which delivers quote notifications to us). Each of these providers processes your information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We keep quote requests and project records for as long as they're useful for running the business — responding to you, honoring our warranty, and keeping tax and business records. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask.

This website is for people seeking fencing services and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
